At Mountain Challenge, we have discovered that without any knowledge of your organization, we CANNOT develop an effective training course for you. So, the more information your organization can provide before the course, the more custom-tailored we can make it. For example, if currently your organization is having trouble with teamwork, we have found that through our programs, the true cause is poor communication and collaboration.
